Last I heard, Metatron's high bursts were a complete mystery and people had no idea how that stuff actually worked.

I doubt light is going to beat water mains this dummy.
Probably the current rank 1 didnt even do his best run for water yet.
Water has 2 Echo Burst Kamihimes (Lakshmi and Ea) and Siegfried with her ele atk relic. Furthermore they can use double Fenrir. Light sadly has 0 burst streak Eidos.
Water even has access to a lot of nukes too. (Lakshmi, Shiva, Oceanus)
I actually agree with you here. I've seen some of the crazy stuff that double Fenrir's can pull off and Light can't equal that for sure. Only saving grace is how many Water mains are there really? Thunder, Light, and Wind seem to be the main elements that people main. It has never been a popular element to main.

I'm not actually nearly strong enough to hit high enough numbers to confirm the following, but what I've been told is that countdown zero has two effects - 1. doubles the burst cap (so if you max out exceed, it's 2x 2 mil = 4 mil cap, at zero exceed it should be 2x 1 mil = 2 mil cap) 2. boosts the burst dmg multiplier, and that boost is outside of the normal 500% cap (I'm not sure what that multiplier actually is, but let's just say it's noticeable, lol.)
EDIT:
Actually, JP wiki suggests that the countdown zero multiplier is 450%. Given that AW himes' base burst multiplier is 5.5x, if you max out the 500% burst multiplier, Meta AW will hit 550%+500%+450% = 15x burst multiplier at countdown zero.

Anyway maybe igt, Sirocco and Kayn can do "some crazy stuff" with double Fenrir too.
For sure. Otherwise I dont see how the current rank 1 did 33.8m with water and 32.2m with fire.

I think the plan here is to stun her before t9. So enrage in first three turns, t7 ability blocked by phase change, t8-9 stun for one turn, ability blocked by t10 phase change. If you stun even faster, the plan should be similar (maybe don't enrage her before first ougi), but all in all:
- Phase change is turn 4, 7 and 10.
- Phase change higher priority than ougi
- Remeber she goes back to 1 orb if ougi in enraged and to 0 orb if in normal
ps - I barely am able to land the turn 9 stun and ideally I would fire abilities past turn 4 when she has first debuff stack. But than I run into the same problem of abilities not being ready on time due to 3t skill recharge block. So for me this is about firing as much on T1 as I need to stun on T9.
