I kind of want to agree, but on the other hand, new players ARE going to need those HSP. Union Events coming up:
Mid Dec
Early Jan
Late Feb
Mid-April
They're not even monthly. And wasn't HSP gain per Union event nerfed? Are they going to get Shingen from all of those even? New players won't need Shingen for a long time, but they do need her eventually. How else are they going to earn HSP now...? Honestly, the fucking HSP system should be abolished. It was cool for a short amount of time, now it is just retarded gatekeeping for new players.


Anyway, I'd say: hang on to those points. Then you can use them on an Eidolon brick or HSP if you need to get your hands on Shingen faster. Either way, that's a decision that won't really matter to you until some months from now.

Still waiting for the missing players to post their scores. I expect tomorrow I’ll see the truth of the ranking board. Still, was nice to be top 200 for a few days.

I think I’m done, 71M with my Thunder team accounting for 17M of that. I could probably get another 10% across the board with some 140% eidolon support, but I see them so rarely, and sometimes mess up the runs anyway. Better to invest time in farming other things, as long as I’m still top 500 tomorrow.

Well, on Sunday I improved my total score by 6m still dropped from rank54 to rank61.

I believe the labyrinth events will give you the chance to earn Holy Soul Points. That will be the new way for newcomers to get them (along with mostly subpar SSRs).

I'm now on 202, so the rush of players posting last weekend doesn't seem to have happened. I wonder if I'm just much better at spike damage, or if I've significantly improved compared to everyone else in the last 2 months, or fewer people are taking the game seriously since the first, or if the fact they've not nerfed the rewards for ranks under 500 means people are taking it easy this time? Probably a little of several of those.

hhh I guess I fucked up. I joined into the event a week after it came out and didn't realize it was only "solo turn" highest DMG counts.
I AAbed with dark + fire + water teams on the light, fire and wind quest. ...When I went in on Sunday to beat the light one with dark team, it kept fucking up even tho I had like, unlimited tries, I have no patience...

Meanwhile 1234 in dmm eng version got rank 1712

I know several people in my Union took the event easily due to wanting to farm more during half off.

Main account ranked 675 with 28trillion total score.

Challenged all element using light as the only tactic I can use is to have kushinada eat the third OD and be replaced with michael that can get to 60 burst gauge in 2 turn.

No p2w eido, only have one exceed, luckily I unlocked Shingen using the last tower medal so I with her, I managed to score one eidolon limit breaker this time.

I can use it to limit break my Managarmr when I got her one day.
