Hi, i was wondering about the dark gun and some kami weapons, it says dark element Atk up, does this mean it's on the same frame like the soul weapons or is it just improperly translated and all weapons are just character atk?

Only Soul weapons are Elemental, yes. The Dark Gun for example is Pride(++)/HP/Assault, so that's double Character Atk.
