Ofc only Phantom raid don't cost anything,they are mostly long raids just to waste more time from your life(and to pay more for some OP himes,it's a nice motivation lulz),at start also drop rate beyond shit,just like Rags now here in nutaku ..they will buff it later thank god

How to unlock more copies of Och [Phantom]? The first one can get basically for free by defeating any other Guardians for the first time and clear Och [Phantom].
Does her regalia/orb drops is extremely rare? Or some other special requirements.

I just recently pass lv 100 and done almost everything but trying to MLB Och [Phantom] still eludes me at DMM.
