TL;DR - Kamihime is a game with a lot of grind. Player should budget their time commitment and seek to maximize return on time investment. Normally, completing many small tasks with small rewards > completing few big tasks with big rewards.

Hi all,

Kamihime has many resources in the game, gems, jewels, tickets, materials etc etc. all of these are resources. But the single most valuable resource is YOUR TIME. How efficient you use your time has tremendous impact on how well you perform in the long run. Many mechanics in this game has random numbers (ie luck), but the Law of Large Numbers still applies. For example, each jewel gacha (cost = 300) has 3% chance of being SSR. Some people get lucky and get an SSR in a single roll. But most of us gets nothing. HOWEVER, if you roll the gacha 100,000 times, there is a 95% chance you get between 2946 and 3054 SSR's. In other words, the solution to RNG is BIG NUMBERS! And getting those big numbers requires you to be efficient with time management. And my advice is as follow:

Set a Budget
Set a budget how much you are willing to spend in respect of time or money into this game. Do not burn yourself out! Many players drop out of the game because of this.

Read Guides
Guides help you do the right thing. For starters: Beginner Guide. Nonsensei also has a newer guide.
More advanced guides include weapons guide, accessories upgrade calculator, disaster and raid guides etc. There are game mechanics that if you don't understand it, you will find it time punishing.

Join an Active Union
You should join a union that is active on discord. Getting help with content goes a long way saving you time.

Difficult vs Easy Content
Easy content are contents that you can AAB. Get into a habit of using AAB wherever possible to save you time while you do other stuff online.
Difficult contents are ones you need to click. Save these for burst hour (if it is a raid) or when you have a lot of time to spare. Avoid doing difficult content too often as the ROI on time is often not worthwhile.

A classic example is AQ5 vs AQ4. AQ5 final boss hits for 100,000 dmg on overdrive. AQ4 hits for 10k. It is better to AAB AQ4 than to fight AQ5. Save your time for other stuff - like burst hour raids.

Also, many hard contents can be partially completed - such as GO and Raid Events. Consider only completing them partially to get your SSR weapon or eido. Save your time for other easy stuff.

Gem gacha
Gemcha is a great source of material - R wpns, HE's, seeds, raid mats, etc. Make sure you pull all 15 rolls each day, as it helps you save time on farming. For this reason, you should do your daily gem quests.

Daily Raid Quests
Unless during burst hour, raids should be AAB'ed. It is not worthwhile to go for MVP. Instead, you can join up to 3 raids simultaneously and leech for drops.

Daily Accessories Quests
They should be AAB'ed unless it is an element you are building on.
Accessories should be upgraded as follow:
1. 20 N + junk SSR + 2000 gems -> LV 23 SSR
2. 10 R + junk SSR + 2000 gems -> LV 23 SSR
3. 20 SR + Good SSR + 2000 gems -> LV 37 SSR
4. LV 37 SSR + 9 x LV 23 SSR + 1N + 37000 gems -> LV50 SSR

Advent Event
Some eidos and weapons are not that great. Considering skipping some of them. Prioritize the jewels.

FLB Weapons
FLB weapons are highly time consuming because you need to farm stars. Theres not much you can do about this other than burning time. You could be more diligent on what weapons you choose to FLB. Ask on discord channel to get proper advice on null grids for your preferred element. And don't get upset if you can't FLB them all. Your time is better spent clearing contents. Also, consider not MLB'ing himes to save you the precious stars - and your precious time.

Shops
Shopping takes time. Don't do it too often. Once a week is enough. This is especially the case for raid and advent events.
