Next gem gacha rebalance will remove them and after it you will need a lot of them for t4 souls/flb etc. You will want to do all expert + ulti raids every day. How i miss expert+/ultimate+ raids from GBF (triple ap consumption, triple loot, a lot of time saved). So get as many as you can nowdays.
If you really want to save time get a minimum wage job and then spend that money on Kamihime. *shrug*
While not an overall bad post... there's a few things I want to nitpick about. While not exactly untrue, there's also the problems with loading screens. Let's face it, once you get decently powerful, you're spending like... over half of your time in freaking loading screen. At least the "Fight Again" button has taken a few loading screens away, but still, there is a point where completing big tasks are more valuable than small tasks, if only for the reason of avoiding loading screens.
Now, if only that was possible for everything, such as farming T2 Cores. Nope, gotta spend like 90% of my time in loading screens during those.I don't think you should be saying 3% to new players. It's 1.8% for SSR Hime and 1.2% for SSR Eidolons, the latter being basically useless for all non-whale intents and purposes.
Soooo... please use 1.8% instead? On HBC, you should always use bold for links. Otherwise it's hard to notice that there is a link.
Also, why isn't nonsensei's guide linked?Is... is that smart? Does that work if you do AQ4?
Ever since AQ5 came out, the drops for AQ4 changed drastically, so I can't say that WOULDN'T work... but 23 leveled up SSRs seem like quite a lot of effort.
But I haven't bothered with item squishing Accessories ever since AQ5 guaranteed SSR drops, which is also true for AQ4 now. I prefer the 1-2-3-4 method, where you use 1 N, 2 Rs, 13 SRs (totally 3, right?) and 4 SSRs of the same element. This is easy to remember and pretty much exactly the halfway point to level 50 (so you don't waste any exp if you get a Super Success on your first try). It's also convenient for AQ5 drops while working on all elements, but if you focus on AQ4 and just one element... well, I can't comment.... are the Jewels important?
As I said in another thread, you need ~120833 Jewels to find a top tier Hime from the gacha. Not exact maths, but just as a case of point. The point is, is that 3000 Jewels really going to do jackshit for you?
Meanwhile, how is a new player supposed to know when an Eidolon is worth it and when it isn't? Especially these days when Advent event grind required has been significantly reduced, I don't think that you should brush off the Eidolon like that.I don't think new players are going to need T4 Crystals (aka Stars). The biggest usage of Stars was for Union Event FLBs, which required a whopping 25 each - further burdened by already having several copies of the weapons due to past events! But because good Union Event drops are basically history now (just one last final Wrath left)... well, I kinda doubt new players are going to be troubled by T4 Crystal drops.
And this is before the drop changes which make Fangs harder to get and T4 Crystal far easier to get, supposedly...I don't really think that's going to do much. First of all, minimum wage won't get you all that far in Kamihime.
Second, even whales have to do the grind. There's very, very few offers for... say, Magnas to be bought with real life money. You would think that considering how DMM is in control of the droprates, the awful awful AWFUL droprates that we have were made in order to make people buy that shit. But no, they run a special about being able to buy a measly 20 for 30 bucks every couple of months. And you're limited to two packs! That's 40 Magnas, when you need 60 for a ONE SINGLE SSR HIME! It's absolutely insane when you think about it. Why are they choking the playerbase if they're not trying to exploit them...?
Sure whaling gets you stronger, as you get more Hime to build teams from. And P2W Eidolons in particular are extremely strong, but those will cost you 4200 bucks on average. Yeah, try buying those with minimum wage!
QXZ, I just noticed that you don't have anything on efficient AAB builds yet in your main post, which I think may be helpful to add. It has saved me a lot of time at least since ppl pointed me to the way of Solomon. Here's my two cents on AAB efficiency:
- For SP and main quests grind, get Solomon's key for your main element so her first ability becomes AoE. EX Rosenkreuz's AoE as well and you'll basically have 3 AoE abilities to clear exactly 3 rooms (Solomon's ring isn't technically AoE but once you're somewhat strong, it is essentially AoE for these grinds)
- If your single attacks can kill mobs, green AB is actually slightly faster than Solomon red AAB 'cos Solomon's ring animation is kinda long and often she casts the ability dmg up skill, which slows things down unnecessarily (however, red AAB Solomon has the advantage of doubling as leveling team, so you waste less time and AP on exp caves on Sundays)
- If you're a true efficiency freak, your farm team should have max drop rate accessories but NO tiara sets and ideally no DATA whatsoever - DATA-ing is extra animation for overkill dmg that does nothing but slows things down
- For standard raids, Solomon can nuke it down by herself pretty easily
- For expert raids, it is slightly harder to nuke it down with just Solomon, in which case put himes with lots of red abilities right after Solomon and order by debuff himes first (or if you don't mind clicking a little more, manually debuff first then AAB Solomon)
- If you run alts, it's best to do the daily grind together so you click AAB while the other is on loading screen as that's often the bottleneck as Slashley mentioned
Also try your best not to compare with others (which admittedly is incredibly difficult for online games.) There are a lot of very active vets in this game, and trying to catch up to them quickly will require you to play KH full-time as well as bankrupt you from whaling. Set goals that are realistic for your budget and try to have fun from the journey as well.
Non-top tier himes can still be useful though. At the very least, useful in tower; good dupes may actually be worth more than a hime for end-game, and any dupes give you eyes, which is 1/20 brick if you have absolutely no other use for it. Using 1.8%, you get a SSR hime per 16,666 jewels on average, which is about 1.5 months-ish worth of events, less if you rank well in competitive stuff and from login bonuses and what not. As long as the law of large numbers applies, you'll get your share of SSR balls eventually.
If you really have no use for a particular advent eido/weapon, they're just orbs and fodder, so a fraction of a chance of getting something that cannot be farmed is indeed more useful imo (although the eido and first weapon are pretty cheap to farm anyway.) Gacha is a lottery, but it's better to play the lottery than to get fodder you can get elsewhere, no?
Slightly off-topic but the funniest thing I found about that gacha is that they advertised it as something to help with the advent boss: if you're struggling with the advent boss, you won't have any good accessories and having one slot unlocked with some unleveled accessories isn't gonna help you much
wow such a heated discussion
the guide is good to follow.
but it could be simplified for - The new players should...
1.Reroll for top eidos
2.Reroll for top eidos
3.Gem gacha is your friend. abuse it as much as u can
4.Leeching is not smthing to be ashamed for, abuse it as much as u can
5.If weapon dont have assault as a skill, be advised to check da inet for finding if it is shit or way more shit
666 - have fun. after all, thats just a hentai game. and a game should bring you fun, uknow
Yeah, that's a chore every single new player should go through.This. Absolutely this.
Remember kids, NEVER play games if you're not having fun NOW. Don't go "Oh, but it'll be fun later, because--" NO. No. Stop it. Have fun right now or find something that'll be fun. These days so many games deliberately take fun out of the game make more money out of you, and Kamihime is NOT an exception from that. If Kamihime isn't your cup of tea, cool. Go find a game that you actually enjoy.
