Im not sure what you're asking about yama raja, but post awakening she gets a passive that ensures all her debuffs on skill 1 land at the start of battle (guessing that means the first time that skill gets used). She also gives debuff nullification 1 time to the whole team.
That's exactly what I mean - she is the only option to debuff many wind bosses. It's helps a lot in those fights, starting from wind ulti and others. For example, Ama has -20/20 debuff, but it will miss mainly so it doesn't matter in many situations.Quote:
