    I haven't seen information does it provide any Assault at full HP. If it is 15% Assault at 70% HP and below, then it is... okay, I guess? Nothing to write home about. If it's in a Tiara, I would use it certainly. Otherwise, seeing as you will probably use Slot1 for non-Tiara Atk and Slot2 for non-Tiara Def/Damage Cut, you kinda need Slots3-5 for Tiaras.

    ... ... not that I've found fuck all Atk/Def/Damage Cut jackpot Accessories still...
