Yes. Plus 8%/3% base, to a total of 38%/28% = 66% combo rate. Which means guaranteed combo with Yorimitsu's Combo buff, for example.

The problem is such a thing being basically unreachable for one Hime, much less all the Hime.

Also True, it will be Rng fest to achieve it, but a nice thing to look forward as a goal.

just got a devil accersory for wind with +8%crit rate and it has that 1 infront of it so awesome :P plus it has attack 4% twice so that one is a good one to have
