Advent weapon has two types; low type and high type. Low types are usually comes with FLB (either adding second skill or increase performance of first skill) when they come back as reprint. Another thing that they're called "low" because they're mat-wise weapons. But the required mats will increase after you buy them, that's why it appears to be one/weapon. Meanwhile high type is NOT FLB-able and the required mats alot higher (70/50/30) than low weapon, even at their first buy.
I would reccomend to get low first bcuz they can be reprintable in future. Here's the list of advents that has its reprint version (also weekly advent, maybe Oct? P. S. FLB weapons are in before &):
