I see, thx for detailed answer! Also, it's probably worth to add to original guide, that if one gets two (or more) hime weapons, it's generally advised to keep both and FLB with bricks separately.

You should probably add weapon types, since synergy between different brick targets is fairly important when considering Phantom Grids.
I'd say that you're missing Athena Lance from Thunder. Because 36% HP and 15% Assault is no joke from a single weapon. It's most likely more about "triple skill weapons that don't go into hopeless stats (like Elaborate/Crit)" than anything else. Because those weapons are few and far between.
That's...very true. I'll add it. Thanks for the suggestion.
I was debating Athena's lance as well since it is an extremely solid weapon, but I ultimately decided that it was not worth it. Because it takes so long to get a gacha/draco eye wep to FLB (if you don't buy grab bags), I feel like every weapon that you brick in thunder has to either...
i) Effectively contribute towards completing a phantom weapon requirement
OR
ii) Provide strong exceed in a time when it's pretty rare to find outside of guardian weapons (and thunder does not have an exceed guard wep)
Currently, a thunder lance grid is not really all that great unless you have a ton of bricks stocked (for Athena and Baal U lances) or have played long enough to pick up multiple copies of the UE thunder lance. I mean you could use Phul lances as grid filler, but if you're grinding for those, then you might as well pick up the Phul gun instead because it is the far superior weapon in my opinion. Although to be fair, thunder lance might make a comeback when demon UE's are reintroduced, but that time is not now so I'm going to leave it off the list...for now. Although if you feel there is some aspect I may have missed, I'm totally up for discussing it with you Slash.

Completely and utterly done with KH. 6/29/20
Ah shit, double posting since this poor fellow got ignored and I missed the post the first time around. You should never use an item (that is to say "a brick" as we call them here) once a weapon has 3-stars to it already. You use bricks to get TO 3-stars, and then FLB it using other, readily available materials.
There are five different costs for limit breaking 3-star SSR weapons further:
1. Dragon Eye weapons (most notably VERY expensive for all mats)
2. Hime weapons (most notably somewhat expensive for all mats)
3. Advent weapons (most notably expensive for Advent mats WHICH YOU CANNOT FARM LATER)
4. Union event weapons (most notably expensive for T4 Crystals, which are candy these days)
5. Labyrinth weapons (most notably expensive for... nothing, really)
The Yatagarasu Gun you linked a picture for is an Advent weapon, so it falls into category #3. So you don't brick that, you just need to farm some Fire Ults and you can FLB that weapon.
I hope that helps, I'm not 100% sure what you asked so I kinda went into all directions.
Oh, NOW I am double posting, since apparently Modsyl saved me from it last time while I was typing.Fair enough.
Personally, I'd rather list:
1. All the dual-Assaults.
2. All triple skill weapons that doesn't touch the useless stuff (Ability, Crit, Double, Triple).
By this definition, Athena Lance shows up. Not sure if anything else does. I have never bothered to check. People have made such lists in Q&A, but they are now buried within the sands of time. And outdated.
Buuut then when you start going the path that adds new stuff, you end up asking should you also include decent Exceed weapons? Like all Assault/Exceed weapons. And then you're on a slippery slope, on the one-way road to adding up all the weapons and oh god how did this become so bloated this was supposed to be just a simple list and do I fix it?!
I swear that happens to all of my projects.
Hmmm...maybe not ALL of them (and actually probably not most of them haha). I'm only really including the assault/exceed weapons that will be meta picks for the considerable future, which are, for the most part, the draco eye weps with strong exceed and the triple skill weapons with strong exceed and a useful third skill.
In other words, I'm somewhat correcting my previous post with this one
Yeah, I was having this problem when I was compiling the list, so I tried to keep things simple. Thus far, I've only included weapons that are mostly undisputed as worthy brick targets among higher level players (the ones that are more disputed have asterisks). I've also kept many of the more situational weapons off the list (Mike Lance, Cu Chulann Lance) just to prevent any newer players from accidentally bricking a certain weapon for the wrong reasons. Hopefully, this makes the list more accurate (although maybe not all-encompassing).
I wanna add something when it comes to wep skill exceed. The reason why some weps with only 2 skills (exceed + something), may look enticing is that most newer players (at least 11 months because thats when i started), have few options due to missing almost all the old UEs.
However, imo (after planning 3 grids and almost completing 1 atm), bricking those 2 skill weps(exceed +1) is most likely not worth it, unless its a wep that fits your phantom wep and you'll be using it anyway. Best option for newer players is to get exceed off guardian weps as they're mostly pretty flexible and of course free (with farming). They can fit your grids easily and will hold you over for the next year till old UEs resurface.
Theres a bunch of weps you can add to OPs list also. A lot of the newer kamis have useful triple skill weps.
I can see where you're coming from and I agree with you for the most part that assault/exceed only weapons are not worth the brick unless its for a phantom weapon. However, I think there are a few exceptions that are worth mentioning. Merc axe is BY FAR the best weapon in water to brick right now because of water's lack of strong exceed weapons. It's so important to water grids at the moment that some water whales roughly measure strength based on how many mercs you have in your grid (not the most accurate method in the world and is a bit dated, but it just shows how crucial mercs are for water right now). Ukko axe and maybe Golden Staff are also notable since they are the hardest hitting exceed weapons for their respective elements as far as I know, but they are not nearly as important as merc is for water.
Draco eye weps will also be getting buffed some time down the road, so there's another reason to invest in mercs and ukkos.
Oh right, thanks for the heads up. I'll make sure to look into them. If you have any suggestions for additions to the list, they would be greatly appreciated.

They are getting buffed, sure, but the buff isn't massive. Does Ascalon going from Assault(L) + Pride(M) -> Assault(L) + Pride(L) make it better? Absolutely. Are you going to brick it over good triple skill weapons? Prooobably not.
I think the biggest winner will be Merc Axes, since just two of them will hit burst damage at that point.
While Ukko Axe has a similar gain, Thunder has access to Marduk Hammers which make Exceed less important for Thunder.
