We've missed threads for these events:
[Event 142.5] Fire Tower (currently ongoing)
With Kitty being MIA, nobody bothers to make threads for these anymore...

They redid the drops for this Advent, now only one type of mat drops. It's alright. You need like 70 pots to get everything from the shop which kinda sucks, so I feel like they made things a bit grindier, but at least you don't end up with few thousands extra bronze drops once the event is over.

So. Anyway. The real reason I am making this thread is for the new Heroic fight.
Abilities and mechanics:

First wave, 20m+20m HP, 2 orbs both.
Huge elemental resistance to all but Dark.
Overdrive: Damage

Trigger: when below 60%: buff self (upper buffs Atk, lower buffs Def, neither buff is dangerous)
Trigger: when an ally dies: change Overdrive to instant Doom (cannot be Prevented?), expends Orbs if full

Second wave, 30m+30m+30m HP, 2 orbs both (third has no orbs).
Huge elemental resistance to all but Dark.
Overdrive: Damage

Trigger: when below 80%: buff self with normal attacks giving Poison DoT 4t (1000 damage)(top)/Charm 4t(middle) (cannot be Dispelled)
Trigger: when below 50%: AoE Poison DoT 4t (1000 damage)(top)/Charm 4t(middle)
Trigger: when below 25%: AoE Poison DoT 4t (1000 damage)(top)/Charm 4t(middle)

Bottom mob does nothing but weak 2x AoE attack, damage increased by your taken debuffs.

Third wave, 100m HP, 3 orbs.
Huge elemental resistance to all but Dark.
Immune to movement stopping debuffs (Charm, Para, Flame Bind)(Nutaku has translated this as "immune to everything", thanks Nutaku!)
Starts with Spread (infinite duration, cannot be Dispelled)
Norm Overdrive: Dbl+ 3t + normal attack
Rage Overdrive: Combo+ 3t + normal attack

Trigger: first action: Atk+ 3t (+50%?)(cannot be Dispelled)
Trigger: when below 75%: Atk+ 3t (+50%?)(cannot be Dispelled) (does not consume orbs if full)
Trigger: when below 50%: Atk+ 3t (+50%?)(cannot be Dispelled) + normal attack (does not consume orbs if full)
Trigger: when below 25%: Atk+ (+100%?)(permanent, cannot be Dispelled) + two normal attacks (does not consume orbs if full)

Some words on how to fight:

Bring debuffs. I know right, more content where debuffs actually matter! Def- and Atk- obviously, but BP and Blind are also a huge, huge debuffs here. You're probably also going to need to play defensively (at least in the last wave), so bring lots of heals and/or Potion makers.

Dark is quite low on Atk- debuffs, basically just being Hades, Nef and Amaterasu (limited). This can make a defensive battle difficult for those without any of them. From SRs, Cern (stacking Def, damage cut) and Buer (potion creation) can make a huge difference. DMM wiki also recommended Awakened Azazel - who true enough is quite the defensive beast even off-element.

Souls can also supplement defensive side of things vastly. Ascle is obviously a champion in this. Romulus not only brings a huge damage cut, but also can bring -50% Atk just by herself with -30% A and Sniper Shot. However, then you'll be missing out on BP as the only Hime who has that in Dark is Amaterasu (limited) also has Sniper Shot (well, there is also Dark Forseti, but...). And last but certainly not least - Perseus! DMM wiki pointed out that her Shade (100% Blind) will outright just make you immune to what the third wave does to you for three turns... if it lands. Bonus points, Perseus also has a unique -10% Atk -10% Def, making team building that much easier. Then you can choose either the guaranteed Orb eat MEX or BP with her too.

First wave, make sure that you don't eat an Overdrive after killing one mob as it means an instant wipe. Nothing else here really. There are multiple ways to do this - Dark is very heavy on Orb eats, for example. But it's probably just easier to grind them both down and finish them at the same time.

Second wave, middle mob is rather insignificant due to Charm being Charm, but top Poison can get dangerous if it keeps applying all over the place. The bottom mob deals basically no damage at all and won't pose ANY threat to anyone who can beat the third wave, so I don't really know why it is even there. I guess if you're struggling, bring top mob to ~81% and then gather burst on bottom mob, before unleashing it on top and finishing it off ASAP.

Third wave, this is the problematic part. It is mostly about pacing: you simply CANNOT afford to spend time when boss has both Atk+ and Overdrive buff up. Also, very much avoid triggering 50% or especially 25% when boss is under Overdrive buff. Orbs eats and BP help greatly with this. But if that's not an option, Blind can save your butt. If even that is not an option, then using damage cuts such as Kaiser or defensive Hime such as Nef/Hades/Pluto or maybe even Cern can be huge lifesavers when something goes wrong and both buffs are up at the same time. You don't want to grind your way through the first and second waves again, right? Right.

The final 25m are quite devastating, so unless you're playing a pure turtle build (ha ha what is taking damage?) you don't want to spend many turns there. Byakko is a huge help as always.

My personal experience and opinions on the fight:

The guide is a bit lackluster since I was just too strong for this fight.

First try: Going in blind with just the regular Dark team, AAB grinds through with no issues until ~50% last boss, get wiped.
Second try: Swap to Aratron Grail build, AAB. Wipe on first wave. Read up first battle.
Third try: AAB, swap to bottom before top dies. AAB until last boss, check out his buffs, keep AABing. After 25% Trigger, needed to use Ascle Potions, AAB'd some more, needed to manual the last 5% just to be safe. Can't say I AAB'd the entire fight, but it was close.

I think this fight pushes you towards the defensive side a bit too much. It might be possible to beat it when going FULL SPEED BALLS TO THE WALLS BABY, but changes are you'll get swamped by multiple Atk+ Triggers (if they stack) and just die. However, not having the same "lol u die" mechanics as the previous Heroic is a huge plus. Overall, quite decent. Bonus points for this encounter pushing people towards rarely used, yet very powerful situational Hime like Hades.
