Hi.

Sloth is here again, and is a very, very unique Union fight. With DoTs galore and damage only on OD (which is whopping 4 orbs!), AND weak to Phantom Elemental Lord Thor, well, yeah. Very unique indeed.

But really, mostly making a thread just for the Hime balance changes. These were vastly compiled by UniVerse on Discord, I "cleaned up" to make things match my taste more and double-checked what he wrote.

Ares AW
+3k heal on burst
Abi1: Twice during Overheat (cap has been increased? my notes say 600k before, but currently 840k)
Abi2: Overheat instead of Scorched (-5%/t -> -4%/t, remember that overheat is a buff so it cannot be Prevented nor Cleansed)
Abi3: burst gain +10 (up from +5) 
Passive: NEW: guaranteed combo
Passive: Follow-up during Overheat (30%, 100k cap)

Acala AW
Abi1: no longer needs to be raging
Abi3: No mode gauge to enemy, instead distortion 1T to a Wind enemy (are counted as rage-state even if they are not raging)
Abi4: NEW, Dmg to raging for all allies (once), 14T CD

Fire Beel
Can now use abilities during rampage
Abi1: Rampage +75% (up from +50%)
Abi2: Fire elem+ (+50%) and def- (-20%) removed, new buff Roar gives (Fire elem+ (+50%) and def- (-20%) and def+ (+40%, only during rampage) (numbers taken from Eng wiki)
Abi3: Def- removed

Dakki
Abi1: HP leech 500, up from 200
Abi2: CD 7T, down from 8T
Abi3: +75% Rampage -> +50% normal attack damage (no cap increase?)
Passive: atk+ during rampage" -> changed to: Atk+ (+10%)(stacks, max 5)(no duration limit) after every 3 abilities used

Ra
Abi3: CD 6T down from 8T, period 4T up from 3T
Passive no longer decrease BG gain, adds Double Trick at start of fight (Double Trick duration increased from 3t -> 5t?)

Fire Sol
Abi1: def- (C -20%) (up from -15%)
Abi3: CD 6T, down from 8T
Passive: All Allies

Fire Metatron
Burst: Removed effect
Abi2: Elem+ 50%, up from 35%
Abi3: Burst +100 (no change, description update)
New Passive: Max burst 200, all burst consumed during burst and powers up when over 100 burst is used (caps at 4m with Exceed)

WATER:
Ea AW
Abi1: Changed multiplier from 3.5x to 5x and DMG cap from 300k to 800k (taken from Eng wiki)
Abi3: No longer only stunned, CD 6T down from 8T

Sarasvati
Passive now for all allies
Animations changed for all abilities (probably to be faster)

Neptune
Abi1: add 3T barrier to self
Passive: DoTs no longer remove fishes (probably taking 0 damage too)

DARK:
Kali
Abi1: Now consumes 33% HP (up from 20%), but buff now stacks
Abi2: CD 5T -> 4T, Hideout duration 3T -> 4T
Abi3: excess BG distribution
Passive no longer decrease BG gain

Chernobog
Burst: Add BG self (15)
Abi2: Guaranteed DATA
Abi3: CD and duration changed to 8T, down from 10T

WIND:
Wind Posseidon
Abi1: Deals 3.5x damage (up from 2x), limit 450k (up from ?) (taken from Eng wiki)
Abi2: CD 8T -> 7T, Thunder res 35% -> 40% (taken from Eng wiki)
Abi3: CD 8T -> 7T
Passive: All allies

We got fairly decent patch notes from Nutaku this time around, thanks for that. Anyway, updates to the game are not done - next week is Thunder Rahab raid event, and will bring two more Hime balance updates, Ult Disasters start dropping SSR weapons, Accessory changes (halved cost of Magnas to unlock slots and more), exchange Shop changes (T3 Soul weapon costs going from 30 to 20 each, and more). But, proper post about that stuff once it happens.
