    [Event 148] Mid raid event

    We've missed threads for these events:
    [Event 146.5] Dark Tower event
    [Event 147] Majikoi collab Advent
    [Event 147.5] Greed Union event


    Right, let's get to the Heroic part. This is going to be lazy, because it is as much effort as the devs put into this trash.
    Abilities and mechanics:

    First wave, 75m HP, 2 orbs.
    Huge elemental resistance to all but Light (why not a second element this time...?).
    Immune to movement stopping debuffs (Charm, Para, Flame Bind)(Nutaku has translated this as "immune to everything", thanks Nutaku!). BP doesn't work, I hear.
    Overdrives: I don't even remember and DMM wiki didn't care either.

    Trigger: 80%, 60%, 40%, 20%: boosts normal attacks (stacking Trpl+ buff)
    Trigger: When bursted upon: give 1 stack to Wave3 (stack per Hime bursting, or just overall?)
    (notice: this Trigger doesn't influence wave1 in any way - this boss will do the usual thing)

    Second wave, 85m HP, 2 orbs.
    Huge elemental resistance to all but Light (why not a second element this time...?).
    Immune to movement stopping debuffs (Charm, Para, Flame Bind)(Nutaku has translated this as "immune to everything", thanks Nutaku!). BP doesn't work, I hear.
    Overdrives: AoE damage + -20 burst

    Trigger: 70%, 55%, 35%: atk+ (can't be dispelled?)
    Trigger: 10%: spread (can't be dispelled?)
    Trigger: when red abilities are used: give 1 stack to Wave3 (stack per Hime bursting, or just overall?)
    (notice: this Trigger doesn't influence wave2 in any way - this boss will do the usual thing)

    Third wave, 95m HP, 2 orbs.
    Huge elemental resistance to all but Light (why not a second element this time...?).
    Immune to movement stopping debuffs (Charm, Para, Flame Bind)(Nutaku has translated this as "immune to everything", thanks Nutaku!). BP doesn't work, I hear.
    Overdrive: 3x damage + 3 stacks
    ROverdrive: 5x damage + 4 stacks
    (stacks increase own damage output, maximum of 5?)
    Always has Spread.

    Trigger: Turn 1: Gain stacks based on Wave 1 and Wave 2
    Trigger: per character bursting: AoE damage + -1 stack (priority over ODs? Does this not consume OD balls?)
    (in other words, FB is -5 stacks)

    Rages easily, Rage takes a long time but also Stuns for a significant amount of time.

    Some words on how to fight:

    Bring debuffs. I know right, more content where debuffs actually matter! Def- and Atk- are a godsend as always.

    Bring a healer or preferably two.

    My personal experience and opinions on the fight:

    B O R I N G .

    Seriously, they killed off turtling builds, and then the two fights afterwards are literally just turtling fights. Wow. Thanks devs. I can see that you clearly know what you're doing.

    For me, the biggest problem was wave2. Towards the end there, my heals just weren't enough... ... mostly because of me bringing Trial by Jury, which I couldn't use against her. Whoops? Light has a lot of Red debuffs, so wave2 is a serious pain in the ass. I lost two Hime for that, realized that I had to start using Red abilities or I'll wipe. Made it to wave3 who started the fight with three stacks. Bursted them off, and then it was a painful struggle due to the lost Hime. Still, oneshot the fight.

    And finally, two things of note. KamiPro Summer Festa is here, which means free rolls every day.

    Secondly, a few days after Skill Checker-kun started, Phaleg+ came out. It's a retarded fight. Really, REALLY retarded.

    Basically, Phaleg+ takes a turn first and buffs Atk+, then Butler's OD slaps you with 3x 10k damage. This happens every couple of turns and there is nothing you can do about if you AAB - Butler should really be on top so that you could Dispel that shit.

    If I manualed, sure, this fight is more than beatable, especially with a friend or two. Bring some damage cuts, Orb eats (delicious Februus has both) and you can handle the bombardment assuming RNG is willing and won't constantly bombard one character. I could do that once or twice a day, for 100 or 50 days or so. But, I need 1800 drops from Phaleg+. I don't even know how much Phaleg+ drops, but I'd need 18 drops per fight for that to work out. Let's face it, that's not happening - the usual droprate for Kamihime new stuff is 1 for host, 1 for MVP and 0.5 for everyone else.


    Soooo... yeah. Fuck that shit. Butler's damage output will be reduced to 1/3rd in nine months (hits from Overdrive go from 3 to 1). But at that point? Who cares anymore. For now, this fight seems entirely un-AABable, which means that it's botting content and thus cheaters will gain advantage over others. A game about grinding where you can't grind is pointless. I think I'll check out Ophiel+, and if it's that's equally bad, waste my 200k Jewels on Heavenly Thunder Disaster, get nothing and just quit on the spot.

    KamiPro Summer Festa Miracle Ticket is out. It includes Heavenly Water Disaster.

    By mistake, I am sure. That may or may not get removed from it very quickly, so if you care, might want to grab that ASAP. Make sure to check that it's still on the Miracle Ticket list, though.

    The Miracle Ticket no longer contains Northern Star Lord or Heavenly Water Disaster. They played it off as:
    "Don't miss the Summer Profesta Original Miracle Ticket!!
    The character's special selection is Limited until Aug.16th!!"

    ... because it totally wasn't a fuck-up, it was a LIMITED TIME ORIGINAL!!
