question: how long will it take or anniversary had already arrived and gone
today i start my first AW orb for heavy armor and dmm gives an initial magic sword fencer on field, this will be in limited time or they really modified the map

No info about anniversity so far.

About orb mission support it could be either way. Banner tells about bonus units together with event info so it could mean they disappear next week. On the other had there is 'no this event only' text as well so it might as well last for good

What are those rainbow crystals in trade post? and those golden ones and how to get them?

rainbow crystals is gotten by selling plt unit using to trade those that you can't get using DC, yellow crytals are revival crystal used to trade for revival unit (only when revival event comes)

Are those units from trade post for rainbow crystals worth it? to get 1000 rc, i must sacrifice many plats/golds/blacks

yes by discharge plt unit(not sure if gold was in category too)
we actually have 4 unit from 400 to 1000 RC. last time i discharge plt unit from farming event is 3 RC, premium summoned unit will reward you more

You can discharge gold units (20RC for premium unit and 1RC for event unit). By the way (don't know if it's a bug or feature, but still), units from gold rush counted as premium ones.
