And had some luck on my end too. Used up my plat ticket a couple days ago and got
Don't regret using up my last two black CR fairies to get her to -2 cost and been raising her ever since. Now, I have 3 black armors, so I'll use one to get her to CC80 and wait for Happy in November before AWing her.

No, it's an "all ages" game. And yes you need to hit level 15 in it to get 30SC in aigis. Furthermore i would recommend logging onto the all ages aigis for safety reasons and to do the collab missions for the exp unit.

Good thing I have some time to hit level 15. Not really liking it. But the size increase on the units was kinda cute. Who knows. I may change my mind after a few more tries.
