Thread: DMM not playable foreign redirect

I was playing on DMM about an hour ago and now I can't. Its re-directing me to a new screen on my profile telling me I can't access the game due to my country.

Previously I was using a VPN through Singapore or USA and both worked. Now neither work nor do any other countries. Unfortunately my VPN doesn't have a Japanese server.

Anyone else had issues like this? Any ideas to work around it?

Yeah I noticed it 30 min or so ago. Hopefully it was just a mistake and not an active attempt at preventing foreigners. For now I just edited the cookie as described here.

Edit:also make sure to do on co.jp not .com as described there

I can actually play without the VPN now which is great.

ROFL..I forgot I made an account on the DMM version months ago but never really got into playing it, with the lack of events I thought I'd take another look, 32 items in my inbox, 1 sapphire,1 black, 1 plat and 39 crystals.

First go to dmm.co.jp
2 nd change value ckcy to 1, check mark, lock it, check mark again
3 rd chang cklg to welcome, like above and error area still appears
