having MR helps with tanking, but it's jackshit if you don't have the hp. Look at Olivie, the black princess. 25 MR, but she can't tank the 3 liches while plat princess Lilia can with her 15 MR. there's also a reason why one method of 3* immortal beast involves dropping and withdrawing silver bandits to soak up the magic dmg in place of your other units, in the event that you cannot outheal the dps. in subjugation, you don't care about units dying, so just dropping bandits in one after another is a good way to hold the liches back until they die from your ranged dps.

Aigis is a game where you need to learn about your units. almost each and every one of them will be useful under different scenarios. only exception is azami and rorone (the former whereby she is saki food, the latter whereby she is the only farm event unit which changes skill on CC, so no point using her)

Could you link a video of someone doing the 500 without 3 healers? I haven't seen one yet so that could be interesting.

I'm taking your advice to heart, and leveling Imelia for my next try...and I would be interested to see if I can do 2 healer, 2 mage, and Bashira in the first five ranged slots over the normal 3 healer, mage, and mage/witch/X (X being that witch that heals with skill use that I saw in one video) which I seem to have seen in all the other videos.

No video, but really, it is a matter of power. My Iris and Alissa under their skills and with support of Shuuka's can keep health of a team good enough while my Mehlis and Thetis melt liches. Barbie-jii and Zola provide additional fire if liches hobble into their range, but before then they just chill out) All CCmax, of course. I think Claudia with her skill could be even better choice as MR tank, but if Thetis works, why bother with replaces?
Ah, I also place Thetis first and so force liches to target different girls instead of ganging up on poor valkyre, so there's also that aspect)

IMHO, your black team is good for 500 kill.In the video guide they use 3 healer BUT as long as you place unit on EXCACTLY order( yes because lich target by order>place) so you should make your strat based around that.Note that Elaine has 1313 at 50cc50, so immediately when the 3 Lich appear use you healer skill, and pray she survive.BTW you might want to put Aisha in the nearest to entrance range slot since with her HP, well she might share the dmg as well as dish out dmg to finish those lichs faster.My team is similar to the key kii except I use Olivie as the lightning rod after my Elaine die(i got lucky that 2 lich have die by then and the remaining lich cant 1-hit my Olivie).

Well, updated the OP with my current teams and what not. This info is what my teams look like after finishing Spectral March 500/10k on both accounts, and post Dance of Shadows.

I still need like 50 DCs on the Black Account to get Spica, I have the DCs on the 2 Plat account but not the archers to CC. I need a silver heavy to CC the 2nd Leeanne on the two plat account. I'm short 1 silver solider to CC Jerome on the Black Account. Overall I haven't really started thinking about AWs because I still need to CC a few units on both accounts and, as is to be expected, I simply need more silver units. Gonna grind until the next event. Possibly leveling a Vampire Hunter on both accounts in preparation for Base Scrambles.

Any advice is still more then welcome!

Khuri is a really good unit, definitly put her on your to-do list, her range doesn't make her useful on all maps, but when you can use her she's awesome. FYI, I just did the map 2 pyramids today, and I had to use 5 physical ranged units, so you'll maybe want to level daniella too.

I must say your doing very well on both your accounts for the short time you have been playing especially if I remember your a F2P. I only have the one account but I am a P2P (Though I don't by SC a whole lot, just enough to give me some sort of advantage) and I don't have as many CCed units as yourself (Rough count I have 11). Just coming up to the end of my second month now since I started and I can already tell I will struggle with some of the harder events, I was lucky to be able to do this event fully but didn't get great waltz or silver drops from the missions.

I am currently working on ccing Spica as ranged units seem to be the way to go for now and then I will be working on my third healer and then after that maybe one of my vampire hunters as I do seem them get used from time to time.

Being a new player I don't know how good my advise will be but looking at both your plat team and black team you seem to have good tanks, healers and mages so I guess if it was me I would try working on some more ranged dps like trying to get spica (as she is highly recommended by most I have talked to) and or Daniela as a cheap archer.

Even though you may not be able to CC her at this time at least if you lvl her now she will have some small uses and will be ready for when you get the silvers to CC her. But that is only my opinion, best of luck with the team building! :D
