You say that like it's something special. Assassinate I can be maxed by silver tier units because it is literally a silver tier skill. Maximizing skill via silvers isn't even a unique trait among Gold+ archers given that you can skill up Spica's Excellent Arrow with copies of Lauren. I'd even argue it's a better skill overall because the duration is so much longer.
