So lets look at it this way Dorca won't be a good as Iris when both are maxed but Dorca will be better for low cost maps by 2 unit points when fully CRed, so Dorca will cost less to use but wont be as effective, with Iris she will cost more but will be better in certain situations.
You already have a Iris correct? So I think it would be better for you to build on a second silver healer for those maps when cost can be an issue. Eventually if you don't feed that Iris as fodder to you main then you may want to lvl her up as well, but there are other gold healers that you may get by then that would be better to work on for variety. That's in my opinion.
