Not to mention that, yes marr is awesome and she is plat but fedora is more of a middle way, marr heals 3 units but only with silver healing strength and shorter range, fedora has much much higher range and heals two units with highest gold base heal. Even though skill aw isnt here yet. Her range up can sometimes enable u to place ur ranged units different then u would have else.
Marr also reduces Poison/Desert/etc. effects, gets Range +15 on AW (which for Feng Shui is awesome, especially since her skill buffs range and makes use of that extra base range), heals ALL units in range during base skill (unless map forbids it, I often get her healing 5-7 people at once during skill), while Fedora needs AW skill to heal two units at once. Fedora only wins Range, Cost and heal power if healing 1 unit (2 with AW skill). Granted, that right there is her niche, so to speak, and the whole comparison is a moot point if one does not HAVE Marr in the first place.

Personally, I have AW Marr, AW Camilla and AW Iris, the former two with 2 CR and the latter with min-cost, so I have VERY RARELY needed a 4th healer (not needed one since before AW those 3 actually), and if needed I have Alissa and Dorca both min-cost 50CC50 if just need an extra healer, plus I REALLY don't like Fedora (dislike my avatar being dominated lol, made an exception for the awesome Minerva lol) so if I can get by just fine without her, I'm not using her lol

TC, if you just have Iris and Alissa, you should go ahead and level Fedora just because you will not get very far in events and late-game maps with only two healers, one of which is Silver. Three healers is bare minimum for a LOT of maps
