Well, cleared the first 4 maps and did 3 summons with the SC i had available. Got a Sophie. This is not the Flamel i was looking for, buying more SC it is.

Another long break to come?!? I better make hay while the sun shines and farm the crap out of silvers I need for awakening. IF the game will let them drop.

For the mid-length players like myself the breaks have made progress devastatingly slow. By comparison DMM feels like its gone into overdrive with the revivals and is awesome! Resource management is very important and you have to strategise beyond the event and farming resources.

Its not like they don't have a buttload of content to draw from DMM, even if most players can't complete all maps. You can still do well on the earlier ones and gather resources. Players don't necessarily need to 3 star everything now to enjoy the game. Besides we wil lget revivals eventually and can access it again then.

I am extremely envious of you. Sophie is my most wanted unit. Just rolled and got a Cellia. I know she's useful for farming spirits but I want mai waifu

@EAB - You even mentioned in your first post ""Don't give me that shit about not being thankful for what little insight Nutaku has given us, even if most of it isn't their fault to begin with." and then continue to rant? Yes, it would have been great for them to fight to take over a year ago, or even 6 months, whatever. Can't change it now, they're doing what they can and I'm willing to give them the benefit of some time to finalize the take-over before I start judging. This is coming from someone who has Awakened quite a few units including Sophie, Despara, Nanaly, Sybilla, Aisha and Minerva.

As for the event maps, went in blind to the first 5 and wrecked them all with my team of AW units lol. Will have to wait until after work to see how the last two go, but not expecting too much trouble with my team.

Not giving them credit for what should've been done 6-12 months ago =/= Being thankful (or not being thankful) that they're doing anything to begin wtih

Let me reiterate. There is NOTHING Nutaku has done for you to be thankful for. YET.

If "we plan to keep the game running" was your absolute minimum for showering them with praise, more power to you. But until we actually start seeing changes, who's in charge literally makes no difference. The game could be as uneventful as Kanpani, for all you know. Having plans to fix this or that doesn't mean anything if it takes months upon months to take effect, and the game ends up being 4+ years behind DMM.

Nero's first post pissed me off because it sounded like we should've been grateful that Nutaku spoke up at all and decided to take matters into their own hands to begin with. Yeah, after two months of nothing, two other games were going to be canned, and after a year that this happened the first time when things were supposed to improve afterwards.

@Eab I feel the same way as you. The news they posted was merely a reiteration of what they said they would do months ago and until now were still waiting. I will play this version till end of September and hope for the best but if nothing happens then I might as well not waste my time. As a side note haven't seen Lafate in the forums, did he quit?

He showed up on ULMF recently, so he'll probably be around sometime... maybe.

OK so I misread your post. My apologies. It came across like a raging rant, which I suppose it kind of was, but this post makes it clearer you're just saying "it's too early to be praising them, let's wait and see if they follow up on their promises." which is something I can get behind. I personally love this game and I hope they do indeed follow through and get this game back on its feet and running to get more in line with what's on DMM (which I don't play for several reasons).

That said, it does still sound like you don't understand how complicated, difficult and drawn-out negotiations to take over the game can be. Should it have been done 6-12 months ago? Maybe, but it's possible they were already discussing at the time and DMM's stance was "we've got it covered, leave it be", idk, some clarification on how long the talks have been going on would help a lot on this matter.

I know how messy negotiations can get.

But the point is, I have little confidence and zero reason to be optimistic when we don't even know what's coming after Emilia or when.

And then we have shit like Nutaku asking on Twitter "what kind of UNIQUE ENGLISH AIGIS UNIT would you like to see from which artist", despite the fact that there are obviously more pressing matters, and their track record on Nutaku-exclusive units isn't great to begin with. Stuff like that certainly doesn't help their case.
