I'm also diamond-less, but I've gotten three of Sanosuke.

Sanosuke is too actually can be useful at times. I remember i postponed sophies awakening for 'weeks' because didnt have a single sanosuke. Glad latest events filled my inventory with all sorts of silvers.

Bronzes are too looks like garbage and inv slot wasters but they are actually not. With them i can increase my spirit-tin can usage level limit, thus wasting so less tin-cans and spirit in the end. For instance, i was using them on cc50 plats but i can first level plat to cc57 now with lesser money&fodder spent.

I put down awakened Gellius and backed him up with Christopher, Golden Iris, Alissa. Gellius activate his skill. Healers activate their healing boosts. I'm behind his great broad back protecting my sissy cheerleading princely ass. He even said he got me and Kojuro safe.

The angry princesses stepped all over him in no time flat.

Wow, this Puppeteer just refuses to drop for me. I mean sure it's a Platinum and that's not the point of the event, but I'm wondering if I should just try to get other units before I try to get Rika. Or at least run a map without fairies.

That's entirely your problem. Disregarding the fact that shaman are pretty great hybrids, Shiho is still one of THE best single-target healers in the game, so to call her "crap" is patently false.

That's like saying a non-CR Aria is crap and worse than Katie/Julian, even though AW Aria is way more better/useful than the other gold soldiers 90% of the time.

I got 3 Puppeteers before I even got the gold unit. RNG in this event is crazy.
