Thread: Vampire's Counterattack event guide

Had to redo map 3 because game crashed hurr.

Golem map took two tries because I didn't know the bottom-right golem would move so quickly, forcing me to withdraw Prince early. I did almost salvage it when Berna instantly killed the top-right golem, but Shiho couldn't DPS the top-left golem in time, though she came close. Second try, Shiho still almost didn't kill the golem in time, but the other golems went down eventually. Nanaly dealt with the black goblin archers.

Vampire lord map was a first-try blind run clear. Cuterie of all people facetanked him easily. I had more trouble with keeping the lich away from nuking Noel.

VH map took three tries because I was too stubborn to bring out my silvers to cover the strict UP cost at the start. Ended up just fielding Karma early just to get Fran out of the way and let me set up with Berna, Nanaly, healers, and rogues to deal with the mages. Sherry was left to deal with Sue.

Overall, this event was pretty annoying with bosses moving much faster than expected.

Did well, mostly... then tried to fight the golems and got ROFLstomped. I admit I'm at a bit of a loss as to how to deal with the golems - when one of them can one-shot Leanne (or, frankly, almost all of my units), it's obvious that usual tank tactics won't work...

Event cleared. Failed the golem map once because i blinded it with a highly un-magical team, but owned it the second time.

You want magic damage (witches) or something like a princess for the small golems. Heck, someone used 2 healers + a Themis to tank the first small golem. If you have nothing to tank the big golems with (Bernice, Cellia or better) then your best bet is to try to use ranged with magic damage and try to burst them down before they start moving.

You could have first place nanaly (and then prince) near vincent and watch how she destroys both elizabeth and khuri before they even get in range.

@ Malus you kill them before they move , and tank only the small ones.

Yeah, I overcomplicated that map for sure. Fielding Uzume first wasn't doing me any favors.

That's what I tried, though admittedly with my normal loadout rather than something specialized. Also, the one that killed Leanne was a small one (though Momiji held her own well enough).

Dat Golem map...

Barely managed to 1 star it with a mostly awakened team. I need to get Charlotte powered up as its Magical DPS that really did me in. If I can take down the left Golem before it moves it makes a massive difference and I came very close.

Only tried Vampire Hunters once on a blind run so far. Don't know if I'll get to all 24 stars (want to farm a couple of specific silvers for awakening) but 21 should be attainable.

got my ass handed by the gold wolf in the 4th map - realize I need 2 healers and Ertel after 3 fails :V

Yeah, I wasn't prepared for Sherry to get two-shotted by the gold wolf. Had to quickly switch Shiho to heals to fix that.

Have to admit, this event is a little more difficult than I imagined though getting a perfect Eden shouldn't be too problematic.

On a different note, I will never understand Nutaku and its view of lolis. In other games they show them proudly and even show their sex scenes on the home page. Yet when it comes to Aigis they quickly change sides and only show them as sprites or worse not show them at all. They even went as far to remove some early on it seems. Is there any logic to this or their actions?
