Thread: Potential upcoming events (Updated: 7/6/2016)

Woop, happiness!

Nice! Plus that next event seems like it'll be amazing for farming, star event with farmable Heavy, Valk, Rogue, Mage, Warrior, Healer, Archer, Samurai, Witch, Pirate. Have plenty of Bandits so looks great for me.

Not really that excited about the news. They can't even provide a specific timeline for those changes yet. As far as I understood the only thing they actually "announced" is we have 1 event in July and 1 in August.

The news was more "We know, it sucks, we play the game too. So we're just gonna take it over and make it better, but it'll take a while, sorry."

Having said that, I love that they at least TOLD us when the next events would be, so I'm no longer worried about hoarding all my stam and SC for events that never come. Even with the sparse events at least we know which ones are coming, and can prep in advance. I like the news... also bringing back units that were skipped, awesome.

Well, at the very least we are getting an event and there has been contact between the devs and player base and that is always a good thing. It might take until 2017 to get some of these changes implemented but as long as there will be new events that will allow us to farm for more silvers then most of us will still have something to do until then.

I've also neglected my DMM account for an entire month and need to spend some time catching up in that as well due to yolo rolling a black HA and Magic Swordsman so I guess I'll have something to do regardless heh

I for one am excited with this news sure it will take some time before we see these changes and at least we do have an idea of what events we have coming our way slim as it may be. But the future looks bright and can only get better hopefully.

Being a gaming developer myself I understand the struggle it must be to pick something new up and then play catch up with a more advanced and well updated version of the game. Best of luck to them!

So the next plat event unit is a Necromancer..For anyone who plays the DMM version, are they worth leveling up quick? Might use the next 2 weeks to stock up on some affection items if so. Valkyrie doesn't interest me a whole lot as I have a black valk, but I guess would be decent if I can min-cost.

I only have Agnes on my DMM account. I believe her skill is to boost her tokens' attack and defence. I took my time levelling her up since I prefer using witches and mages/bishops. The class is useful for when you need tokens as bait (like the tengus' high damage spear for example) or stalling enemies. The only person in that class that is worth levelling up quick is Metus the black event necromancer since she deals true damage rather than magic damage. Just think of it like using a lich on your team.

I was thinking the same thing myself, I know she isn't the best unit to have but wouldn't want to miss a her.
