Xiao is basically 4th and rita will be the 3rd archer for newbies if you dont have nanaly. I've even seen someone using 5 archers in some maps so its not a big waste. Shao and rita are both niche. Shao for low cost maps, rita for more defensive...

Nothing to add. The radar hasn't changed as Rita's even was moved to faith when we got Shuuka's event
