Nutaku is still a business, in the end. Whether or not they deserve the criticism is one thing, but if they consistently fail to appease their customers, that's not the customer's fault. They're not immune to criticism just because they claim it's out of their hands. Like that stopped people from complaining about any company ever.
Likewise, anyone dealing with social media is welcome to quit that part of the job at any time if they can't take the criticism. Side note: Ignoring criticism entirely is as much of a failure of your job as much as not giving fucks about it.
