Now I have never experienced Sophie, Deine or Despara but can tell you Sybilla and Nanaly are great units to have. Out of the three choices you have I would personally go for 1. It has more units and I have heard good thinks about Sophie being really strong, I am sure there will be other members here who will go into greater detail than I.

Deine out of your Heavy Armor units packs the biggest punch out of them and makes for a good hard hitting defense unit. As for Despara she is a great witch but I don't feel I have ever been in a situation that Cloris couldn't handle. As some would say though just go with your gut feeling and choose your Waifu.
