Good timeofaday, brave Princes! Believe it or not, but we actually managed to see the impossible. First there were l*li unbans, then a Trading Post rotation, and now we actually experience the two events at the same time! (Three if you count Total Domination!!) Such a time to live in!!!
So let's celebrate the return of Oni Summoning Sorceress!

Revival runs: 2017-03-14 to 2017-03-21

Rewards

This is a Unit Farm event.

(Re)Introducing the Sorceress Shiho, the first (and probably best) of platinum Shamans we have. She is a hybrid witch-healer. Normally she attacks with magic and slows target like a witch (if a bit slower-firing, but with greater range), but just pop her skill and she becomes a best (in hps) Healer (if with noticeably lower range. But higher speed, which is important in desynching heals with actual Healer to better counteract faster-attacking enemies). Awakening improves her attack (and so healing) speed even more (but not her slowing effect, so she starts losing to arch-witches in that regard). And Skill Awakening, whenever it hits our shores, will give her ability to permanently switch between healing and attacking modes, at the cost of lesser power multiplier and having that multiplier up for shorter time (she will still be healing / attacking after skill aura dies down, but without the multiplier to help her).

Comparing to other Platinum Shaman, Kagura, Shiho wins out in both attack and attack speed, making her better deploy unit. Skill-wise, Shiho has power multiplier for her heals while Kagura just heals faster (1.6 times faster compared to Shiho) but for a lot less. At least Kagura has a team-wide attack buff for melee units as a AW passive :P

Comments

Seeing as it is a revival of an rather ancient event, maps should pose no real problem for any developed army, not to mention Awakened one Still, O.N.I. hit hard, but not very fast, so even on lower levels you should be able to outheal them or failing that, play a switching game. Other than that, there's no gimmicks to be worried about, just a straight and honest slugfest)

As always, best map to farm a target Platinum unit is last map. As it is rather dated event, there's no 90/12 for guaranteed Shiho, but 6 stam one should provide ~50% drop rate for all grinding needs.

All Hail to the Revivals! And double hail to Revivals running alongside new events!

ЗЫ. Gotten a bit busier, so expect more delays. On the other hand, here's another experiment with format. What do you think, too fancy? Better to stick with spoilers? Or enough to keep?
