If on DMM then is there anyways to play the game at least partially translated by any means like kancolle ? or do people here play the game in japanese and uses some walkthrough/guide to play it ?

and if people here plays on Nutaku , then aren't the Nutaku version really outdated or something ?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this ...
Nearly everyone here plays the Nutaku version of the game, some also play the DMM version, but there is a separate sub for the DMM version.

There is no way to play the game partially translated, but it's a tower defense game, during game-play there is little reason to know the language. The menus can be figured out easily enough and the unit abilities can be google translated off some of the wiki's to figure out what the units do.

The Nutaku version of the game is ~2 years behind the DMM version (don't quote me on that). Recently however our pace of events has sped up, it seems we move at a similar pace to the DMM game now so we shouldn't be falling any further behind. Some events on the Nutaku version have been skipped and it is uncertain if we will see all of them. However as long as the current pace of events continues the Nutaku version is in good shape.

If I were to start today I would recommend the Nutaku version, mostly for the reason that we ARE further behind, so it will be easier to 'catch up' as it were. Our events are easier (as they are older), and you can get more event units as they release (unit revivals often require huge amounts of farming/grinding whereas many initial events can get you the same unit with less effort, or a higher skill/cost reduced version of the unit). This is of course only my opinion.
