The reuse timer is exactly what the wiki says it is: 120 seconds. There is no level 1 version of her SAW: you need it to be level 5 in order to Awaken it in the first place.
Also, you can just look at it ingame by going to the Skill Awakening menu.

Oh no wonder why I couldn't find the shorter version of the 120 second timer. Hmmm. Not sure if adding about 35 seconds onto the wait timer would benefit me because I've squeezed out two meteor tactics back to back on its original skill for 85 seconds wait time.. Sure it can cover almost the whole map but the wait time is nothing to scoff at.
The map coverage is just THAT good. Not only will she hit targets far away, but you are likely to get more value out of her skill as a whole since the wide range means you most certainly will hit 5 targets at once. I have yet to see anyone, including myself, who has ever regretted SAWing Aisha.
The main reason why I'm so hesistant is because I still remember clearing an 4* Kingdom map that I would've never been able to pull off if I increased the timer to 120 seconds. I had to deploy Aisha early and use her skill immediately to make an super clustered up horde implode and then shortly after 85 seconds passed, other massive horde came rushing down and I used AIsha's skill again and got myself an 4* clear out of it. Had I upgraded the skill awakening then several monsters wouldve gotten past my blockers and knocked off my 1 LP.
Not SAWing her because of a niche moment or two where her normal skill might prove better is not really a prefered idea :P
Well, hmm well hmm. Come to think of it, the massive range on Aisha will be much more helpful on those domination maps where I need to score 1k kills for top tier reward. Those domination maps is likely to be more common than running into those kingdom setups where all those enemies funnel down into one spot.
I'm gonna just give up and SAW her now.
I didn't say she needs to be skill awakened to have access to the aforementioned traits. The reason why I stated her traits is because Ericridge didn't seem to know about them because he didn't even know about the 30% skill cool-down reduction for the reuse timer. I want Ericridge to be more knowledgeable about his own unit (If Ericridge already knew this then my bad). Ericridge was complaining about the reuse timer being too long at 120 seconds, but the reuse time is actually 84 seconds (120*0.7). Sorry for any confusion, hopefully this clarifies my intentions.
The wait time added is not 35 seconds but ~25 seconds (120*.7-85*.7) when comparing level 5 unawakened skill to awakened skill. This discrepancy with Ericridge thinking wait time added is 35 seconds is another reason I assumed Ericridge did not fully know or understand Aisha's character traits.

more ericridge please
Yeah I didn't fully know/understand Aisha's traits until now Thanks. Plus I have a slight math learning disability -.- So sometimes math just really throws me for a loop.
Just tried out Aisha's SAW on Gold farm monday X difficulty, I now can farm it more quickly than before saving me precious minutes from being bored of doing same map for like over thousand times now.
Aisha has skill cooldown reduction of 30% for everyone on your team including herself for reuse timer. 120*.7= ~84 seconds for awakened skill. level 5 skill unawakened is 85*.7= ~60 seconds. She also has +14% hp for all allies. The skill cooldown reduction dramatically improves your UP generation rate using Call for Reinforcements skill on soldiers and Overall Damage and Heals because of being able to use your skills much more often. She is the most broken unit in the game.
