Thread: Swordswoman of the Boiling Sand Guide

HOPE~! I actually came super close to 3 stars on Heated Battle G. I made only 1 single split second mistake that I am kicking myself for. I refused to dismiss my Prince when a 10% HP giant Mummy got to him. I thought he'd be able to take it down fast enough with 2 healers healing him. I had my mouse hovered over dismiss but choked.
I had my Rowanna tank the last lich like a boss while this was going on.

Had my Prince just pulled out, the archers would of finished it off. Granted I dont think Rowanna would be able to stay alive without Savior buff. This is Crossroads X all over again!


Back to waiting for Charisma to refill.

I think this is my limit. I'm too scared of Final Battle in the Dark Night X.

I dont think Rowanna would be able to stay alive without Savior buff.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if Rowanna is solo tanking lich, savior buff would have no impact on her survivability. Savior gives only ATK and DEF, but no MR.
Luckily i had Sophie, she tanks them all with 30MR <3. A true sadist xD

extra attack >> faster killing >> needs less healer attention (or none at all if she can kill it fast enough+ her skill)

I used neither Karma nor damage reduction, well apart from Odette but her skill didn't really add anything. One valkyrie and two princesses was what i used for the dark nights thingie.

This strategy looks a lot more promising than Nasu's one, thanks! ^_^ I've only managed to barely one-star it so far while trying to follow Nasu's video using inferior versions of those units, but I think I can three-star it with this.

How are you guys managing to keep your valk alive for Heated Battle G? I think I'll have to tweak my unit placement quite a bit to get 3 stars in it...

Why does it seem that Final Battle in the Dark Night X seems to hand out Cecily for free on the first run? Not that I'm complaining, hell after getting Cuterie I'm all for more silver rogue drops, but this seems out of the blue.

it wasn't my first run, i 1* it many times before that screen, and only had 1 cecil drop so far (one run before the 3* one)

Today I 3*'d Final Battle, and with my last 2 stamina got a 1* on Heated Battle G. So close; just need 2 more stars and I am done with the event (though may do some of the Pallis map just for silver mage drops).

I just passed Dark Night X! I found that seesaa wiki had pretty decent walkthrougs.

My healer department was lacking badly as you can see from my previous post, but i still managed to do it. I had Iris, Dorca, took my sucky Echidna off the shelf and fast-leveled 40CC44 Alyssa with 100% aff. Conrad was on fire, he slaughtered Horace, the lich and a few smaller minions

I also previously passed heated battle G, with no sacred crystals wasted on buffs, so with 24 stars this event is done for on my part. Feels good! And good luck to anyone still trying, may Aegis grant you strength.

Finally, even got all the drops on my 2nd run
In my first try the lich managed to kill my valerie (that led into a massive leak and failed misson) so i had to try again and added the bandit so i could give valerie 1 hit worth of rest and that worked
