Sorry to hear that, Slyyr. As you know, we work with ProBiller, who are very sensitive to potential fraud due to the nature of the content they work with. These policies are actually meant to protect our customers, not lock them out of their account for long periods.

We're working hard on setting up a system to make clearing up these issues as easy as possible. If your account was unbanned and banned again by accident, something went wrong with that system.
