These are the units I currently have available, as well as two platinum armours from level up rewards. I want to start CCing some units, and was thinking of going with Katie and an archer first. For the archer, I'm thinking of CCing Soma first, as I think I'll have a difficult time getting the remaining platinum fairies for Bashira.

Am I making the right choice to CC Katie/Soma first?

I'd also appreciate any other advice going forward.
