No it's really not. Hentai Lord was one of the testers which is why he is lvl 40 with lvl 40 units. His account has been at that lvl since the day the game opened. That said his team is crazy easy to beat and a good source of XP because all his units are just lvl 40 with no stat buffs from special training so they are pretty easy to kill.
