It's a wrong notice, there aren't any chest to open too

It seems the treasure chest and platinum priest events weren't activated. Experienced the same thing as I sacrificed 3 SSR generals and no platinum ticket received. Already sent a support ticket to nutaku.

If I were you guys don't farm or do anything as it might lead to a rollback until there would be a new update/patch.

Yeah I noticed that immediately. This is my night off though so this is my only night to farm the valentines event hard...bah.

Do they often rollback this game in scenarios like this? I figured all they do is give compensation.

They haven't done a rollback from the time I played this game (Aug of 2017), but just a wild guess that they might do a rollback since some players had sacrificed generals due to that platinum priest event that never worked today. It might be compensation or rollback.

But I still farmed and it's a "come what may" situation XD

It doesn't make sense in rolling back the server for just a few sacrificed cards, is not fair for all the players who have been farming that valentine event to get the universal evo card, and perhaps that jade ticket. Also i assume that the sacrificed cards were the unwanteds one, no one will sacrifice a takeda shingen of kai, hopefully

True, but then again, SSRs don't grow on trees. I was saving 7 SSRs just for the sake of platinum priest event, and now it looks like I burned them for nothing.
