You can use it on all the Takeda Shingens (TS, TSoK, ToK), but some dude on discord says Kuniosa sword isn't all that worth it. You're better off getting Legendary Mumei until you can find other event weapons.

So I started the new event and managed to defeat everyone, except Luis Frois and Oni Hanzo. So what should I focus on farming or what would be the best option. I know they drop Evo shards and some Equipment. Is the Equip worth it or should I hope for something else.

If I'm reading the Japanese wiki properly (I don't know Japanese and rely on Google translate), it looks like the level 25 reinforcement that drops armors gives two of the best armors in the game. Seiryuu Armor looks like it's 35% damage reduction, with a 30% chance of an extra 15% damage reduction. You have to get four of the other armor it drops to craft them into Ultimate Western Armor, but that gives +20% troops.

with 3 attempts a day chances to get them are slim, but maybe RNG gods will be merciful.
Is there any place to farm Nanbakusoku or is it event only?

Its event only so this is ur only chance until the event goes up again
