I don't see the "duel" mentioned on them, but those are summon/gacha tickets. hit summon in the top left corner, then the "normal" tab. it should show your gold tickets, and let you draw 1 or 5 generals. scroll down for silver and copper. If you don't have tickets, I am assuming you can spend Kobans for gold draws, hearts for silver draws, and cash for copper draws
