SSR Date Masamune's skill is different than the description (on JP too). It seems to RNG up to 2.5x damage, with nothing stacking between turns. If you include the character that has a synergy with her, you get a better chance of higher damage, but still max 2.5x. My other characters do 500-600 damage, but Date can do over 1000 easily.

/edit Actually the skill description isn't wrong, it's just misleading. "Chance to continuously stack" means it'll try to stack up to 6 times in the same turn, then next turn it'll reset to 0 and try to stack 6 times again. So you can get +25% damage then fail or roll +25 +25 +25 +25 +25 +25 % = 2.5x in one turn.

I'm drying up badly and can't seem to find a decent source/convoy to hit to stock up.

The best one I've found, and I think was mentioned earlier in the thread, is the first battle of the Starter Dungeon. Yes, it's a 10K gold expenditure in the Shop to open the dungeon, but you make that up in just one round. Each time you fight the battle gets you between 10 and 50K gold, and you can do it up to 50 times per day.

I'm still hoarding gold like a crazy person, though. Gotta get those level 35-in-a-week-castle prizes.

Is it worth to play Masamune Date SSR and Katakura Kojuuro SR combo ? Now I have The Tiger of Kai UR, Uesugi Kenshin SSR, Date Masamune SSR, Oda Nobunaga SSR and Toyotomi Hideyoshi SSR. Must i play all 5 of them in 1 formation or better use Katakura instead of someone ?

Pick Katakura Kojuuro, gives her the personnal guard class (or knight if you use the other part of classes tree), and you get yourself a fucking unkillable frontline who is buffing your masamune date. You need one, and she will do that much better than any other character you have (among the SSR/UR listed). Just remove Toyotomi Hideyoshi, I think she is the most dispensable character you have.

I saw several people using Nao Kagetsuna as a tank, but Katakura Kojuuro is much better.
