Such a poor choice of wording on the translation team side then. They could have simple stated "When x class" instead of "When leading x unit". Using 'leading' only led me to believe I had to have the unit as leader as well as the specified unit class. Well at least that opens up more possibilities for me that all they simply need to do is be that unit.
