This game is addictively fun imo. I due have a hard time beating those top 10 Veterans on Arena. XD
If you mean the daily PVP, it helps to selectively attack weaker players, and to go after players who don't put their good generals on their defense team. Unless you're trying to get the kizuna from the arena missions, it's generally best to focus more on making sure you win all ten matches for the gold tickets than on getting as high of a rank as possible. I personally tend to pick someone I can beat and then beat him ten times in a row--and it's probably been months since I lost an attack I initiated in the daily PVP.

The thing to remember about daily PVP ranks is that whether the player cares about being high-ranked makes about as big of a difference as how strong the player is. For example, Vermillion is currently ranked #44 on the ladder in spite of being one of only four players on the server to have completely cleared the campaign. Zantetsuken is ranked #304, even though he's only of only 13 players to have access to the best endgame campaign farming for cursed shards. I guarantee you that both of them could be ranked higher if they cared to. But I also guarantee you that Zantetsuken has a very easy time getting his ten daily wins for gold tickets.

If your rank is much higher than justified by how strong your generals are, you also make yourself a target for other players to pick on looking for easy wins. That doesn't necessarily hurt you very much, as if someone beats you ten times in a row, then probably at least nine of them were with him ranked above you, so you don't lose further ranking.

It also makes a difference whether you mostly put your best generals on your defense team, especially overnight, to try to fend off challengers, or whether you leave your spare parts on the defense team without swapping your best generals in there.

If you mean that you have a hard time beating top ten players in the weekly tournament, then yeah, that's how it goes. There is some degree of randomness, as well as a rock/paper/scissors element to it in which matchups really matter. That's why it's not just the same daimyo every week. For example, I might be the only player on the server who can pretty reliably beat Aargaez if I build for it, but I'll tend to lose to EarthCrimson, even though there are probably 6-10 or so other players who would beat him more often than not.

I even got a hard time beating you, Sir Semaphore. XD

Uhmmm.... I stopped at Chapter 4: Hatano Brothers and I read about Zantetsuken (Curious why he didn't go for higher ranks... Unless he's aiming for Fast Battle Item. Maybe) end game campaign and Curse Shard so I'm curious how many chapters are there?

Also, What is a good equipment nowadays? Mine is Mostly Legendary Mumei Sword, Legendary Western Armor, and Original Jintai Drum. Few of them equip differently.

Sorry for many question, it's just I got hooked and wants to become better like Aargaez, Nootaku, etc and especially you. BTW, big fan of you, Sir Semaphore.

Edit: Almost forgot where on Earth can I find EVO Emblem Shard 3 and Evo Card Catalog Vol. 2?

So is anyone have a list of the best SR generals that are worth it. Any help will be appreciated.
Not sure if my idea helps you but you can try. When i play Monofufu for the first time and havent encounter SSR and UR. I found Mori Ranmaru, Shimazu Iehisa, and Imagawa Yoshimoto are my Multi-target Attacker and Takeda Nobushige my tanker. My first one is my rare though.

Also, I recall there a Beginner's quest. And you received that you can pick UR as your Reward Trophy or whatever. Just go Tiger of Kai, I heard that it's strong. (correct me if I'm wrong)

For equipment, you generally have to accept that the stuff you forge up for a while to get to the endgame won't be the same equipment that you want to keep using in the endgame.

For weapons, I favor water gun and cursed nameless sword. Unfortunately for you, the water gun is from an event that has come and gone (though it will probably come again), while the cursed nameless sword comes from farming for cursed shards in 6-4. Other than that, you mostly want various event weapons that come and go.

For armors, among the easy to get ones, I favor the golden armor that drops in 5-3. Ultimate western armor is probably my favorite among the armors I've got, but that's also from an event that has come and gone. I use an original god of wind armor to change my generals' attack order, but that's kind of a gadget armor that you don't need more than one of. I also have a cursed nameless armor, which also comes from farming 6-4 and is useful mainly to ensure that the abilities on the cursed nameless sword will take effect. I've been leveling up an original nioh's armor (daily world boss, convoy 2-3) lately because it seems like it might be useful in pvp.

For accessories, a hatazirushi for your team leader is the indispensable one, and came from an event that just ended. I got two of them, so that my defense team could have one, too. I also have a Luis' traveler diary from an event. Among the easy to get accessories, zhan guo ce from level 5-4 is my favorite.

You can't get EVO emblem shard 3 or EVO card catalog volume 2. There was an event that had a small chance of dropping the EVO emblem shard 3, but it's over. And I only got one from the event, anyway. I don't think that the EVO card catalog volume 2 has ever been in the game, unless you can get it at an infinitesimal probability from the port or something like that.

Yeah the EVO Emblem Shard 3 was on that event and can't remember which one. The EVO card catalog vol 2 is on the Oni Hanzo stage (the last stage) on the Sister's Wrath event but I didn't get any

No, the end stage that gave an EVO card catalog piece gave a piece that was already in the game, not the missing one.

Oh as I thought that was the missing EVO card catalog piece which is the volume 2. Sometimes I just look what the items are while the roulette is moving so I just thought that was the missing piece since it's the end stage. Thank you for the correction. Appreciate it XD

    Question:

When the skill Endurance says "Increase Def by 15% per The 4 Demonns of Tokugawa" does that mean it's 15% for each demon? Like if I had 4 of them on my team, will the def of Ieyasu go up by 60%? And will the skill still apply even when one of the demons from my team perishes?

You can't and you won't. 55 is maximum level for your general. You can't go higher than that. Level that is shown next to another player is level of their castle. It has nothing to do with their generals.
