Level her up to 30 to get all of her skills active.

She is currently level 40. none of her skills ever causes any animation or notice pop ups, and the numbers are quite random... 50% is a huge increase on tiger of Kai, but just doesn't seem that way I guess.

I can't seem to find her H version on Card preview. Mind posting her skills and details.
Anyway, there's might be leading "troop type".
