I'd say it's far more important to just grind out the coins to get the SSR ticket. The Liza stage isn't time limited, so it's going to be there at the very least, for a long time. However the SSR ticket event is only going to be around until this Friday. My Liza is still only at SSR because of all the events. Has been at SSR for like a month now for me. Plus you just don't know the next time we'll get a FULL rank up ticket like that. So far we've been getting nothing but the mini versions where we need 7, and that one is the full version.
Liza's drop rate isn't particularly high, as well. Best time to farm her (as well as PF items) is when there are little to no events going on that require you to use AP to finish.
