I never read FAQs, but I remember reading THAT ONE. Anyway, many, many companies have this policy as well. This is why I don't deal with virtual currency, regardless of whether or not there is an expiration or what have you. There's also a clause in your ToS that stipulates Act of God as well as unwarranted intrusion (e.g., if they were hacked) as an exit clause for Nutaku on honoring their side of the bargain.Originally Posted by ZeroZet
