Please take into attention that it should be three/five files - encounter, "run from scene", and "run from harem" for first and second scene, they are different script files. Look in "kamihime_nike.zip" in reader MEGA folder for example.
Just save files, without making any changes or organizing them by folders.

I dont see a Kamihime folder in Mega and by save do you mean HAR with content?
