What's the difference between Aigis primary and secondary?

I guess that Primary is missing a bunch (like Grace)?

Aigis video folder vill be deleted, all scenes avaiable in AigisArk.

is there an updated list of missing himes? I've noticed some I ediolons aren't listed and then of course there are new halloween himes
