Thread: New nutaku exclusive game: Girls on Tanks!

So I missed the launch of this by quite a bit it seems, but... I'm still curious and I haven't read much of this long thread. I like the sort of tile-based, turn-based strategy like Advance Wars, Fire Emblem (sort of), and a few others, but are there any reasons to play this instead of the games I just mentioned? Or really, anything that would make Girls on Tanks worth my time?

It doesn't. This game is like advance war gutted for gameplay, and the hentai is not even remotely good.

oh cool they added Faction Wars which is basically you play against others



seems more fun than cough *harem heroes at least I think the rewards for it actually helps and seems worth it

Though, this might separate players

only paying folks might just dominate faction wars and free to play players will just stick to solo campaign mode

Does anyone know how to get a 3 star for stage 63 / Special 3?

I cleared it with 0 units killed (which meant my bombers and medium tank barely did anything due to 3 x missiles at one place) and I still got a 77 tech with 65 strength.

Seems like you're meant to sacrifice units to capture the enemy's buildings when they have 10 bombers roaming around.

Quite an annoying one indeed - important things to have is sergeant with missile drop, building an extra missile, going to bottom left corner, a captain to instantly destroy(if I remember correctly the only fighter they have, if there is no fighter - just kill an extra bomber)
being in the bottom left corner means the bombers won't reach you too fast - you can snipe some early with fighters without worrying about anti air, because it will be slower than bombers are...
In the bottom left - surround your missiles with tanks and other units.. weaker units who can't last a hit better be inside the city or forest, so they can actually survive 1 hit from full hp bomber.
Ideally - you destroy at least over half bombers without them reaching you before you actually lose something.. and if you are lucky - you won't lose anything.. after you are rid of the bombers mission becomes easy, because most of the things remaining are easy to take down, since mostly it's anti air.
Just leave 1 anti air(preferably missiles one) and get buildings captured - should still make it fast enough for 100 speed along with full others.

game design is very bad, so easy to accidentally use crystal

progression is already too slow to get credits, it feel like log in to take 1 step forward, accidentally click without looking and waste 60 crystals on a reinforcement which you dont needed and take 200 steps back dont feel like logging in

To be fair, once you reach the end of the campaign there'll be little to use crystals on except maybe multiplayer tickets (but even then it's not too worth it).
