Thread: Will Pussy Saga ever clean up its act?

And the amusing thing is how long it's been in the top 3 for. So I guess despite all that, there's plenty who do like it or simply don't care.

As someone who loved HuniePop, I don't get why PS always seems to be in the top ranking other than being similar to that game. Besides the 'dating sim' mechanic and puzzle system it's nothing like HP and totally degrades it by heavily limiting your stuff and pushing you to give in to the fiendish micro-transactions that speed up upgrades which otherwise take god knows how long to upgrade. I've played my fair share of games on Nutaku and this game seems to provide the one of the if not worst environment to free players out of all of them.

I think this game would have been a nice homage to HuniePop if it was sold as a downloadable for a one-off price, and would have easily gotten it myself. But with it's current 'business model' I find it hard to imagine people shelling out money for it and even harder to imagine it being popular among the free players.

But hey, what do I know.. it apparently is high up there and maybe I just haven't given it enough time. Maybe I'm spoiled with having experienced HP first but honestly I highly doubt that and think I've seen enough from my perspective to justify my opinion on it. It's derogatory demeanor doesn't bother me one bit because I'm too appalled with everything else lol.

At this point i'm pretty sure Nutaku is being bribed to put in on the front, because I've seen it drop all the way to the last slot before jumping up to 3rd miraculously. I haven't seen any updates so it can't be doing that well

How does that tracker work anyway? does it count the amount of active users, play time, money spent? I wouldnt be surprised if it was only 3rd place because a lot of actives who play for about 30 minutes a day then forget it exists until the next event.

God knows how that things works. In number of active players, I would think FKG and MWA should always be in the top 3, but they're nearly alwats floating at the bottom.
I can't imagine Harem Heroes and Pussy Saga being more popular than those two.

I've heard its based on number of signups in a short period, but I've never seen confirmation.

Last I heard, top ranking = active players, trending = new signups.

art is so ugly = at least Huniepop looks better and manages to turn me on

haven't seen any American "Hentai" art look arousing except for some comics like Vampirella

A majority of the art in Pussy Saga is traced from other artists (I don't think this game has any original art of its own). I don't see how people can keep playing other than maybe collect evidence of what is traced.

I can't possibly imagine liking Hunie Pop in the first place. It was a boring ass softcore ecchi game with dull puzzles and a marketing strategy built around engaging lolcows and whining about SJWs for street cred. I'd rather throw my money at a rip off than those trolling dipshits.

Hunniepop has one of the best match 3 gamedesign out there. You can dislike the whole genre, but you can't really say it's bad.
