Managed to scrap 500 gems finally and got one of the girls I wanted..

Slowly creeping up on to stage 60; will get there eventually..

Im stuck with 2 quest that I cant complete (engineer and marksman), did my first 500gem draw and got a helm that I cant use, Im unable to complete lvl 60 because I get the "ran out of memory" message....not a good day.

Any whales out there mind sharing how much a difference full legendary equipment and girls make as over regular girls and reg/rare equips? Started doing hard mode and while I can clear them, the combat has basically changed to glass cannoning, which I'm not really fond of

None, you can easily beat the game and hard difficulty with the starter team. Starter team is really well balanced and it's quite hard to replace someone for a better one, the easiest to replace is probably nuka(because 120% romance only and some mages have better stats)... there are only 3 tanks - helen, nature one and eli... eli is much better than helen with some atk speed gear. Other than that you can just stick to helen always... Suzume is one of the best dps.. replacing her dps is very hard, since you will first replace nuka.

If you plan to reroll(needs referral abuse) for legendary maiden - I suggest micah, easily the best hero in the game: huge range, good dps. It's pretty good chance to get maiden from legendary gacha(around 25-40%).. all of the legendary are worth it in a way - heet can replace the nuka and billie has stun which can be good on hard.

I am on stage 45 hard with starter team and can probably progress until stage 53 easily if I try to. The hard difficulty is about dodging the skill of the target and then bursting it down, that's the overall gameplay in this game anyway. You can't 'faceroll' 3 stars in hard difficulty... and until lvl 60 and decent rare gear I wouldn't try to 3 star the hard... You can still do some, but just don't waste stamina to attempt at 3 star - better farm.
21+ hard starts to drop 2x rares and 41+ already has over 50% chance to find 2x rare.
Legendary gear is just too expensive to upgrade - it will EVENTUALLY be better.... but by the time you finish hard difficulty 60 - you will only have a full set of rare items of lvl 3 or so with maybe weapons being higher... and lvl 3 rare is pretty much the same as legendary 1(barely different)

Can confirm this. The game is doable in F2P mode, but the opponents' skills are a bit overtuned for now. You have to avoid skills (and well), or be teamwiped. I hope it will be rebalanced later. I stress it again, the game is still doable.

It's a bit lame that you can get quests for classes you don't own.. got one today for marksman which I don't have.

Not sure how much legendary gear would matter but I've done 3 stars up to 59 so far with just the base crew, though I did get Suzume from the first free gacha draw which does help I suppose. Can't beat 60 because I get obliterated though so I'm farming levels and whatnot to grow a bit stronger first.

Everyone gets suzume from first gacha draw - she is the 4th guaranteed starter member for a full party - after that you are on your own.
And 60 is all about dodging the boss abilities with picking up during his skill dmg proc.

Ah my bad, thought you just get a random normal maiden because she's also a reward from the login bonuses.
Never mind then.. base crew fully manageable then I suppose x3

Yeah, I figured as much but it's still a hassle or I'm just not timing it right where often I get one-hit right after spawning again.
Honestly though, I've tried it once so far.. got him to 20% health before the time ran out. But it's a 15 energy battle so I rather farm some more before I try again just to be sure.

Levels increase your power a lot, so worth doing it... also don't be afraid to enchant gear, especially weapon, all of the experience you dumped on the items is transferred over when you enchant something with it(so if you enchant a lvl 5 common item into lvl 1 common it will also become a lvl 5 common)

Thanks, that's actually good to know. ^ω^

Yeah, I have most of my gear enchanted to level 5 or at least the HP and DMG % ones. The other stats with low % increments I try not to prioritize because I doubt they have much effect unless you have more gear for it. But yeah that's great that you can essentially 'transfer' the level to other gear if needed or wanted.

I'm also trying to level Heet up currently, get her up to speed because I think I should be able to replace Nuka with her as she doesn't seem to be of much use for the boss and most other battles. She eats a butt-load of gems though (which is understandable for a legendary) but man.. she's going to take a bit to get the 'Flirt/Romance' upgrades.
