It's because like your own units, their skill is in CD at the start. (stage lvl 50, for instance).

Use a VPN and set it to Canada. It's been in early access for nearly or over 2 month I think? Feels as if they forgot about the game.

Devs are telling us "soon, soon" since 3 weeks :/

Well, I use the time to upgrade the city, anyway.

Farming started to be tiring but it doesnt take so much time anyways. Guess gotta be patient till release.
